Who pays?
The specialist has scheduled me for review of my case, and I need to get there. 
I've been told I need someone to pick me up after surgery, but I have no one I can ask.
The clinic says I have to return for regular treatments – how will I manage?
At Ontario Patient Transfer, we book more than 200 transfers a day across Ontario. Our clients are fortunate to ride with some of the finest medical attendant teams in Canada.
Because the cost of transfer often becomes the responsibility of the patient, we do what we can at OPT to eliminate unnecessary costs and deliver affordable service.

OPT works with the: Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), Workplace Safety and Insurance Board of Ontario (WSIB), Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) and the Ministry of Social Services (MCSS) in every community we serve.
We encourage you to contact your own insurance company as well. Depending on your plan, non-emergency medical transportation may be covered. OPT deals with various insurance companies, opening accounts with them on behalf of their clients.
We also set up accounts with The Ontario Public Guardian and Trustee, whose role is to manage the financial affairs of people who are incapable of doing so themselves.
