Linen and Sanitation Practices

OPT's standards for sanitation, including bed linens, meet the highest standards in the industry.

We NEVER reuse old linens. our vehicles are sanitized and fresh linens are applied prior to every transfer. At least one extra, clean set of linens is always included on-board.

Each vehicle is scheduled for deep clean procedures at least once every week, and preceding the transport of any patient with MRSA or VRE. OPT uses Benefect Multi-Purpose Cleaner, followed by Benefect Disinfectant to deep clean our vehicles.
