Hi Phil We don’t often hear good stuff so I thought I would pass this along. We have had a busy day with a lot of bookings that needed to be in certain places at certain times in order for appointments to be kept and met. Candice and Nissa in dispatch have been great at accommodating our switches and pushing up times whenever we asked. This teamwork has facilitated appointments to be met that no doubt would have been cancelled (HUI) and several transfers out of our facilities that may have been postponed. I wanted to let you know how wonderful all of your staff are when I have had these awful patient transfers in terrible pain. For example, Bob and Bob, Hannah and Dave (Hoffat i believe), Rob and Bob.
