Our Muriel just arrived back from your institution and we need to have you pass on many thanks for your interventions.

With the weather we are experiencing, you have no idea how grateful Muriel, the family and we, back at the hospital ,were to have the gang arrive.

Pass on our thanks to Aurora for seeing us and then many thanks to you as well for expediting the return.

The family has been overwhelmed as to how quickly and safely this whole day of events has occurred.

We continue to be very busy in our little unit, and people such has yourselves, helping us out, makes it go a bit better.

Good afternoon,

A Mr. Eric Goffin called to give us a compliment. He said that his wife was transported by us from hospital to her home on Sunday May 28th, and that he felt we did a wonderful job. He says he is very pleased with our service, punctuality was noted as being exceptional.

Rick and John - Please convey our sincere thanks to your staff at dispatch, the Peterborough crews, as well as the crews who were redeployed from Oshawa, today and this evening in helping to facilitate the transfer of our patients from the Hospital Drive Site to the various other hospitals within the region. Having Devon on site to smooth some of the process pieces and help the out of town crews was invaluable.

From a clinical standpoint, I was very pleased to see the caring and compassion shown by the crews for all of the elderly patients they were moving - needless to say many were anxious and upset at the move - your crews provided that extra support and reassurance that is so very important - I saw that in action on the Hutch 5 unit this evening. Again, thank you all.

Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the kindness, patience and professionalism your crew showed us on 5 South February 9, 2010. They arrived at 1130 to pick up Mrs. S. to bring her to Lakeshore Place. Unfortunately Mrs. S. had other plans. She refused to go and was very argumentative with the crew and nurses. Your staff were excellent at communicating with her and demonstrated a caring and supportive demeanor. They certainly went above and beyond their duties. In the end the transfer was successful. I was not able to thank them enough when they were here on the unit.
